Our Return Policy

We at True Savior Apparel hope that all of our customers love the products we supply, but we understand that is not always the case. 

Because our products can come from a variety of warehouse locations, it is important to make sure that items are returned to the correct location.

For this reason, ALL returns require prior authorization, or an RMA, before items should be retuned. This authorization can be received by emailing your request to rerturns@truesavior.com . Please include your order number and a clear description of what needs to be returned and for what reason. We will make every effort to get your request processed as efficiently as possible.

Please note that our customers have 15 days after they receive their items to receive an authorization for return. 

For returns requests over $250 in value, a min 35% restocking fee may apply based of the reason for return.
